Twelve years ago Moorabbin was like a desert – at least it was if you wanted a good selection of indie beer. Then, like a spectre emerging from the sunrise, the mighty Grape & Grain appeared, spilling a trickle that has steadily turned the area into a flourishing field of beery dreams.
To celebrate knocking off a dozen years they're having a birthday party, to which you are of course invited, where they'll be tapping twelve beers brewed specially for the occasion.
They'll have live music all day Saturday and Sunday, and a food truck dishing up epic burgers.
