One of the lesser-known quirks (of the very many) about the Endeavour Brewing Co. is how much of a breeding ground it has become for brewers.
For example, their little brewery and taproom in the heart of The Rocks has been responsible for no less than three of the team at the Hopsters Cooperative Brewery having learned their skills in the narrow confines of the brewpub. Indeed, current head brewer Ian leads the team, and he'll be using his dual role to lead a special tasting showcasing the work he does in one brewery at the other one where he works.
Confused? Don't be. The important thing is that you can join him on November 30 at Hopsters for a guided tasting through four of the beers coming out of the Endeavour tanks.
