Job Description: Senior Sales Rep
Molly Rose Brewing is proud to call Collingwood our home. We are a small team who are inspired to make and share delicious, interesting and inclusive beers with our local community.
We launched in 2019 we have quickly built building a reputation for consistently making great examples of classic beer styles and shockingly drinkable off beat creations. With a haul of medals from the most recent AIBAs including a trophy for best Belgian/French Ale and exciting new releases increasing in frequency, it’s time to grow our sales reach.
We are looking for Senior Sales Representative to help take charge of our brand and steer it into the future.
Job Role:
- Grow the band of passionate Molly Rose supporters one interaction at a time
- Work with and mentor sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that look after our existing loyal customers, uncover new distribution opportunities and grow our sales volume
- Develop and build key account relationships, particularly in the retail space
- Partner with venues to activate the brand.
- Work with the brewing and hospitality team to bring great events, projects and beers to life
- Use the unique Molly Rose personality and resources to our advantage
The right candidate will have experience in a similar sales role, be organised, an astute communicator and have a passion for listening to and telling great stories often based around delicious food and drink.

Remuneration package is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience. The right candidate will be able to create the right opportunities within our fast growing business.
