Job Description: Assistant Brewer at Broulee Brewhouse

This is a full time position based in Broulee.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Brewer: Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 year experience brewing
- Enthusiasm for Craft Beer: A genuine passion for craft beer and brewing.
- Willingness to Learn: Bring your eagerness to learn and grow.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure quality and consistency in our brews.
- Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and contribute positively to our brewery culture.
- Strong Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing excellent craft beer.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the brewing process, including cleaning and sanitising equipment, monitoring fermentation, and packaging.
- Operate brewing equipment and adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Support inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Participate in taste testing and quality control.
- General Bar and Brewery duties.
- Must have a valid RSA.
