The Role: Venue Manager
As our Venue Manager, you'll be the face of our venue, you’ll be at the forefront of daily operations, leading a talented team and ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience every time they visit.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service and a great atmosphere
- Driving the Beer Garden goals and values
- Training, mentoring, and inspiring our team, helping them grow and develop
- Overseeing stock and supplies to keep the beer flowing
- Maintaining high standards in both customer service and venue presentation
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven leadership experience in a hospitality or venue management role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Passion for food and beverage including beer and a customer-first approach
- Exceptional communication and team-building skills
- Ability to handle busy periods with calm and focus
- Must hold or have the ability to obtain: Approval as a Responsible Person, RSA, Level 2 First Aid (if you don't have it and are successful we will help you get it!)
