Molly Rose Brewing have established a fine reputation as creators of fine beers in styles that range from classic lagers through British and Belgian styles to sours, barrel-aged blends and modern IPAs.
With expansion on the horizon, founder Nic Sandery is looking for an experienced brewer to join the team.
JOB DESCRIPTION: LEAD BREWER
Molly Rose is a brewery who love to make great inclusive beer and serve it to all of the excellent people in our Collingwood brewery.
Ahead of some big expansion plans in early 2022 we are looking to hire a full-time lead brewer. We are chasing someone who can fit into our team and take our unique brewing program by the horns, managing all aspects from planning and logistics to brewing and packaging.
You will work closely with founder Nic Sandery as well as the hospitality and sales team.
Ideally you will
- Have experience in a similar role
- Have good understanding of work health and safety
- Have a full driver’s license and forklift license
- Have/are currently undertaking a formal brewing education
- Love a spreadsheet
- Be able to work as part of a team and also independently
