Molly Rose Brewing landed on the Melbourne beer scene with some tiny batch, top notch beers and haven't looked back.
They now operate a brewpub in Collingwood, release a broad range of beers and are hiring a new brewer.
JOB DESCRIPTION: BREWE
Molly Rose is a brewery who love to make great inclusive beer and serve it to all of the excellent people in our Collingwood brewery. Ahead of some big expansion plans in 2022 we are looking to hire another full time brewer. We are chasing someone who can fit into our team to help make the best beer we can.
Ideally you will
- Have experience in a similar role
- Ability to follow instructions to ensure OHSA and beer quality
- Have a desire to learn and try to be better
- Have a full driver’s license and forklift license
- Have/are currently undertaking a formal brewing education
- Be able to work as part of a team and also independently
