It's safe to say Fightin' With Lightnin' Thiolized Hazy IPA goes down rather easier than it is to order at the bar. The "Thiolized" refers to thiols – flavour compounds being used increasingly by brewers seeking certain distinctive characteristics in their beers (see this article on Phantasm for some background), and here they're put to excellent use: the beer claimed gold at the 2023 Australian International Beer Awards before going one step further with a trophy at the Indies.

It's a veritable tropical fruit salad of a beer that manages to bring its fruity overload to you with balance and the sort of pillowy softness of which the best hazies are capable.
