Intended as a tribute to Chuck Hahn’s illustrious beer career here and in his native USA, Two-World Pale Ale blends ingredients from both to produce a cracking pale you could happily swig all night. It should come as no surprise: with more than 50 years of experience behind him, Chuck’s pumped out his fair share of pale ales in the past, including pub staples like James Squire’s 150 Lashes and Kosciuszko Pale Ale.
For this core range offering, Chuck and Scott wanted something flavourful, sessionable and reminiscent of classic American pales like Sierra Nevada’s iconic drop. Thus, atop a pale malt bill, there’s a myriad of hops at play, with Australian Galaxy and Cascade in the boil and American Citra and Mosaic added later to the dry-hop.
Expect big bursts of passionfruit, pine, citrus and berry bouncing off your tongue. Then go back for some more.
