While all Valley Brewhouse beers are modestly named, Draught might be the most humble name of all. Since first being brewed in 2003, Draught has gone on to become an undercover legacy beer in the Australian craft beer industry, picking up an Australian International Beer Awards trophy along the way too.
Hopped with nothing but Spalt hops so as to best let the blend of pilsner malts, wheat and flaked oats shine, its light but complex flavour profile hints at Draught’s true form as a Kolsch. At only 4.4 percent ABV, it is sessionable enough to drink in Kolsch-like quantities – which is something you'll want to do at any venue where you find this cracking beer on tap.
