The Valley Brewhouse Pale Ale

Shining the same resplendent copper as The Valley Brewhouse brewing gear, Pale Ale is subtle on the aroma front but packs a big punch on the palate. It's inspired by traditional American pale ales but with an Aussie twist via homegrown Cascade hops.

The resulting pale ale comes out as a certified sipper with tenacious and lingering notes of pine and grapefruit balanced by a sweet trilogy of malts: ale, Munich and Medium Crystal. A beer that should be on the bucket list for all lovers of something with a bitta bitterness.
