Hop Nation Vic Secret

It’s kind of alluded to in the brewery’s name but Hop Nation is never too far from a new beer built to showcase a hop. Here, the sun rises (or maybe sets—it kind of depends on your geographical perspective) on Australia’s own Vic Secret.

It’s a hop known for quite punchy characteristics, and in this hazy IPA, you’ll find them in all their glory. Pouring super pale with a fluffy mouthfeel, there’s an unmistakable hit of zesty, tangy lime, packed in alongside passionfruit juice, pine, and a soft bitterness that slowly starts to catch you as the beer vaninshes.
