Pale Ale is the beer with which Spangled Drongo launched their journey and, fittingly, it’s the kind of pale many modern beer drinkers would like to keep around. Like all of the brewery’s beers, it’s made without any processing aids – so no anti-foam, carrageenan, or fining agents – and buying the beer does the world some good too: each time someone buys the carbon-neutral beer they're saving a square metre of native habitat.
Even before you enjoy the beer, you’ve done a bit of good, but what’s better is the way this pale ale slides you into relaxation mode. It’s quite a clean and crisp beer in which the hops play the starring role as they dart between mandarin, peach and nectarine.
