This is a pale ale that can tickle discerning tastebuds, but don’t waste your time thinking too much about it. I could talk about the Fortnight, Ekuanot and Mosaic hops, or about the stewed stonefruit characters with just a touch of those upper palate lychee and floral notes, or about the crystal malt that infuses the hop flavours with a richness like red soil.
Or I could say it’s tasty, but not too sweet. Bitter, but nothing that’ll knock your teeth out. Good out of a schooner, but better out of the can while sitting on the patio.
