The former elicits yeast-driven spice, bubblegum and lemon, while the latter’s Mosaic – the "Moz" of the title plus Citra and Amarillo offer papaya, grapefruit and peach. Firm but balanced bitterness rides towards a dry conclusion, one that demands a food pairing.
