The family behind Ryefield Hops have helped put New South Wales on the hop growing map by spending the last few years filling their paddocks with rhizomes and watching the bines grow.
To showcase the 2019 harvest, Ryefield Hops have paired up with the breweries of Wollongong and its surrounds for the coastal city's first ever fresh hop festival.
Held at Reub Goldberg Brewing Machine, seven breweries and one meadery will be gathering together to pour their beers (and one mead!) that have all been made with hops from the most recent harvest. Il Nido woodfired pizza will be there to satisfy all your hunger cravings.

Bemboka to Brew will take place over two sessions on one day with tickets costing $40pp plus booking fee. Tickets include technical talks, a tasting paddle of four different beers and a 20 percent discount on merchandise.
