The end of the year often feels busier in the beer world as the coming of warmer weather brings with it the repeated promise of a restorative cold beer; a fresh six pack pulled from the fridge, damp with condensation; a long evening with mates in a beer garden; reprieve from the worst of the heat in a cool brewery. So much to look forward to!
But CoConspirators appear more determined than most to dive into the season with aplomb. In the coming weeks alone they've got comedy, Christmas markets, collaborations and a new kitchen residence to look forward to. But one of the biggies will be the third birthday party for their Brunswick brewpub.
Taking place on December 7, they'll be celebrating with the launch of five new collaborations, made with some bloody excellent brewing buddies from Rocky Ridge, Banks Brewing, Good Land, The Mill, and Bridge Road.
Plant-based fast-food pros Mr Charlies will be in the first week of their summer stint in the brewpub, and they'll be dishing up not-your-average burgers and fries all day long. There'll also be special cocktails, DJ Leif on the decks from 3pm, and a dress-up competition – make an effort to come as your favourite CoConspirators character (or a trio) and you'll be handsomely rewarded.
Doors open at midday and the party will go all day.
