Job Description: Sales Rep
Aether Brewing is a multi-award winning, family-owned and run brewery in the north of Brisbane. We’re looking for a results-driven, full-time sales representative to actively engage with existing and new customers. We need our new sales representative to help continue our course of success, which will be the result of increasing market share in existing clients and engaging with potential new customers in both on and off-premise locations.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the brewery and the brand in a positive and friendly manner
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with retailers in the assigned territory
- Communicate market trends and relevant sales data to management
- Understand brewery quality standards and ensure they are upheld at retail
- Attend all brewery sales team meetings and events as required
- Maintain an understanding of all pertinent legalities of alcohol sales throughout Australia
- Maintain a flexible work schedule as weekends and extended workdays are often necessary
- Create and execute promotions at current and potential customers, festivals, and events
- Meet and maintain sales goals
- Enter daily market activity in Customer relations management software
Requirements:
- Prior beer or spirits sales experience
- Valid manual driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficient in MS Office products and MAC OSX
- Brewery experience is a plus
- Capability for heavy lifting - must be able to lift full kegs (up to 65kg) as needed
- Very outgoing along with a strong sense of self-direction
- Work with minimal supervision, ability to set priorities, and multitask
- Forklift licence viewed favourably
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 PA in line with experience
Bonus: Participation in Revenue Based Bonus Scheme following completion of probationary period
