CBCo Brewing launched in 2004, has breweries on both sides of the country and is one of Australia's largest indie brewers.

Job Description: CBCo Brewing Brand Ambassador / On-Premise Specialist 

Established in 2004, CBCo Brewing is a fast-growing, Australian owned, independent craft brewery. Born in  Margaret River WA, CBCo Brewing then expanded to its current east-coast home in Port Melbourne during 2016.  With an increasing product range, and an ever-evolving beer program, CBCo Brewing has grown into a national  brand; both on and off premise.  

We are expanding our team and seeking an engaging Victorian Brand Ambassador. A specialised individual who can service our existing Melbourne on-premise partners and can drive new & additional brand growth in Victoria. We are after someone who loves great beer, working with good people and is passionate about Australian owned  and operated businesses. Basically, someone who you’d want to have a beer with! 

You’ll be familiar with the Melbourne pub & bar scene (plus surrounding key precinct areas) and are always keen  to check out new venues. Position: 

This position is an energetic role that will focus on increasing sales and brand awareness across Melbourne &  key precinct on-premise venues. Growing valuable relationships across the industry, identifying, and delivering  on opportunities where the CBCo Brewing brand will grow.  

Requirements include:  

  • Superior knowledge and passion in the current Victorian hospitality industry  
  • Experience performing a similar role in Liquor (craft beer preferred) or FMCG, with proven results 
  • Ability to identify new opportunities and thrive with quickly grown strategic relationships  
  • Have a valid Australian car license  
  • Prepared to work flexible hours when required while also working autonomously 
  • This is a vital position that requires the enthusiasm, drive, and a determined focus in achieving results 

Responsibilities of the role include:  

  • Manage our current portfolio of on-premise customers in Melbourne and the key surrounding precincts 
  • To be an organised self-starter and achieve individual and team KPIs and sales targets 
  • Achieve a minimum number of sales calls per week whilst building genuine business connections 
  • Develop, activate, and host events, including festivals  
  • Engage and grow relationships with selected key account groups 
  • Growing and maintain existing relationships within the industry 
  • Strategic thinking and planning is essential to increase distributions and to extend the current visibility of CBCo  Brewing brands in a highly competitive Victorian beer market.

This full-time position will work alongside a strong team of existing CBCo Brewing Brand Ambassadors and  Brewers, reporting to the Head of on-premise, and based out of our Port Melbourne brewery.
