As the founders look to move on, they've put their brewery and all their equipment up for sale.

We are looking at selling our entire business and all equipment.
Due to ongoing health and family commitments, we need to start putting these things first. We feel that while we have taken Beaten Track to a new level with Indies award-winning beers and being known for our American BBQ, burgers and beer in places other than Kalgoorlie, we cannot commit the time needed to continue its climb to be the best brewery it can be.
Included in the sale will be essentially the entire business and all its equipment.
This includes all intellectual property, beer and food recipes, all stock, our customer base and staff.
Broken down it looks roughly like this:
- A 500 sqm licenced venue in the suburb of Boulder. This is a 75 person capacity venue which is currently our brewhouse complete with coolrooms, bar, ablutions and fully licensed and operational kitchen. Includes all tables, chairs, our custom made offset smoker, shipping containers and decommissioned brewplant equipment.
- The lease to our Hannan Street venue which is has a capacity of 185 people and will include all materials including the 36 sqm coolroom and fully licenced and operational kitchen and with the infrastructure to house a brew system or still as well.
- Our Spark K5 system with 4 x 5HL jacketed fermenters, 2 x 10HL jacketed fermenters, 1 x 10HL HLT and 2 additional 10HL jacketed fermenters (not commissioned). A Wild Goose Gosling canning machine and labeller.
- There is also a tonne of 50L kegs, bar equipment, stainless steel variable volume fermenters and other miscellaneous equipment.
You’ll be basically walking into a fully functional and operational brewery operating two venues with a large local following and staff.
