Bad Shepherd Brew Crew 22: The Dreamer

Bad Shepherd’s venue manager has always dreamed of making a beer of his own and fortunately for Will, he’s working at exactly the right place to make that happen. The brewery’s Brew Crew releases have been a frequent sight since their very early days and sees a team member take control of the stainless and brew with their heart.

Which brings us to Will and his heart of haze that's made The Dreamer, a New England IPA filled with some of America’s favourite (hoppy) children in Mosaic, Citra (both in Cryo form) and Simcoe. Brought together, they make for one fruity affair where peach juice is joined by pineapple, rockmelon and guava, while the mouthfeel is silky and soft. As if we too are living in Will's cloudy dream...
