The Grifter Brewing Co’s core range offering Moderation is a beer made for the nation – and for any moment when you’re looking for a little restraint. So what does that mean? The core range midstrength sits at just 3.3 percent ABV as is made entirely with Australian ingredients, including Galaxy and Eclipse hops.

Fundamentally, it's a beer that's all about balance, with the brewery labelling the beer an Australia Dry Ale. And it certainly provides a whole lot of balanced poise and a dry finish. Yet, with its orange hue, there's also a touch of biscuity sweetness, while those Aussie hops add a slight floral hum and citrus lift.
