Pale Lager is the kind of beer that once got a bad rap in craft beer circles, but while some might lack flavour, Mitta Mitta Brewing's core range lager certainly isn't one of those. Like the rest of the brewery's lineup, it features a whole load of hops grown behind the brewery, and they certainly have a presence in every sip.
There's the aromas that jums out before the beer even gets particularly close to your mouth, while there's also an earthiness and gripping bitter bite. Those hops are balanced by bready, dry cracker malts, while the beer's so clean it's super easy to keep cracking into another one.
