The masters of the session beer are back with the nationwide release of the Garden Ale that's available year round only in their home region. This year's release is the same as the tweaked version from 2014, with the Ella hop to the fore, used during the brew and for dry-hopping.
The Garden refers to it being the sort of copper-coloured beer you'd quaff in a beer garden, quite probably a British one on of their few days of summer. There are floral, peach and faintly tropical hop aromas and a more prominent malt character than its stablemate, Pacific, and a similarly delicate balance of hops and malt to taste. Refreshing and cleansing so just right for summer
