Hepburn Springs Brewing Co Hefeweizen

You know a brewer doesn't give two hoots about the latest trends and fads when you call into their taproom and find no less than three different European style wheat beers on tap. The one you're most likely to always find pouring and in cans in their fridges is the Hefeweizen (the others were a Honey Wheat and Belgian Wit on that visit).

Theirs sits more at sweeter, banana end of the scale, with some stickiness and a lick of honey and lemon in the mix. A sparkling carbonation helps lighten its 6.5 percent ABV body too.
