The past few years have seen the King Road brewers partner with one of their local growers to create fresh hop beers.
Now, as the WA hop-growing scene continues to expand, they're going a step further and hosting the Hop Harvest Festival and inviting a bunch of their WA mates along for the ride.
Designed to celebrate the hop harvest and the way brewers work together to find new and interesting ways to use hops, the two-day event will showcase the beers and other hop-related products breweries around WA have produced.
There will be ten new beers on tap from the hosts plus Froth Craft Beer, Rocky Ridge, Lucky Bay, Beerfarm, Nowhereman, Seasonal, Artisan, CBCo and Eagle Bay.
Tickets cost $22.49pp, which includes a commemorative Hop Harvest glass filled with any wet-hopped/fresh-hopped beer you want. There's the option to pay an extra $10 for an intimate tour of the King Road Brewhouse (while spots remain).
Farmers from Preston Valley Hops, Great Southern Hops, Karridale Cottages and Hop Farm, and South West Hops will also be there, with live music, hop-inspired dishes, entertainment and giveaways on each day too.
