With renovations underway at their Footscray home, Hop Nation aren't able to host a beer launch like they usually would. But the brewers are still brewing, and the new beers keep coming, so what are they to do?
It seems they'll get by with a little help from their friends.
Between September 6and 8, they'll be releasing their new Citra Hazy IPA – made with a triple dose of Citra, including some experimental hop types – at three top beer spots around Melbourne.
Each venue will have its own way of celebrating, but all will have a brewer on hand for a chat, bar shouts and beer merch giveaways.
Whether you're in the north, south or west, here's where it's at:
- September 6 at Carwyn Cellars: Six Hop Nation beers on tap, with a free pot of Citra Hazy for the first 30 people at the bar after 5pm.
- September 7 at Prince Alfred Hotel Port Melbourne: Four Hop Nation beers on tap, with a bar shout from 5pm to 6pm – and it's $20 Parma Disco night!
- September 8: Hopheads Yarraville
If you can't make it to a launch, the beer will be available online from Wednesday.
