They've got a brand new look, a revamped range, a brand new beer and to show it all off the Illawarra Brewing Company is hitting Sydney this Friday.
On Friday February 26 they'll be taking over all eight taps on the rooftop oasis that is Hotel Sweeney's, lining up the beers as follows:
- Pilsner
- Summer Ale
- Pale Ale
- Rust Amber Ale
- Porter
- IPA
- IIPA
- Raspberry Lambic
It's the first chance Sydneysiders will have to try the IIPA and the last to try the lambic anywhere, with this being the ever last keg of the two year old barrel-fermented and fruit-infused gem.
Taps will be locked and loaded by midday.
