The brewers at the Rocks Brewing have been busy over recent weeks putting the finishing touches on an autumnal treat and the result is ready to pour.
It’s a six malt, three hop, dual yeast brown ale, created with the assistance of Rocks’ resident English microbiologist who, after an apparent 20 year career in brewing labs, received her first invitation to step out and lend her expertise from the brew deck.
The result will be pouring from at the brewery on Wednesday 11 May from 5pm where you’ll be able to enjoy $5 half pints and a Brown Ale Braised Beef Brisket Pie that's been created specially for the occasion (casual pie lovers should be aware that the launch night will be your only chance to try the pie. Thereafter it’s only available if you’ve got the Rocks Brewing app).
Being a public launch, just head down any time you like.
