In what will undoubtedly be a highlight of their Hoptoberfest 2016, Southbank’s contemporary Bavarian Beer Hall, Hophaus, will be hosting a very special evening.
The star guest will be Tobias Zollo, brewmaster at the 1000-plus year old Weihenstephaner brewery in Germany, and he’ll be leading proceedings through an eight course degustation that will explore the brewery’s famed beers alongside a menu specially prepared by Hophaus chef Damian Love.
This isn’t the kind of opportunity that comes around very often so if you’re a fan of classic German beers it’ll be worth taking the chance while it’s there.
