Spend a day somewhere between Oktoberfest and sausage-fest when Brewski gives itself over to all things German on Saturday October 22.
The Brisbane bar will become (temporarily, at least) Kranski when it turns its taps over to the world's oldest brewery, Weihenstephan, accompanied by all the lush trappings of Deutschland; think sausages, schnitzel and steins.
The bar will be pouring the following Weihenstephan beers...
- Hefeweissbier
- Pilsner
- Kristal
- Original
- Dunkel
- Festbier
- Vitus
- Korbinian
... while the soundtrack will be less traditional than you might be used to – if you prefer a bit of Kraftwerk and Rammstein rather than the merry old oompah bands, this'll be the kind of old-meets-new German celebration you'll probably be right into.
