The Australian National Homebrewing Conference is being held in Adelaide this year from October 13 and 15.
As in previous years, it has brought some big names from the beer world to town, including former Stone man Mitch Steele and yeast guru Chris White of White Labs.
Being both a major sponsor of the event and a rather excellent pub, The Wheaty is the official post-conference venue and they’re bringing plenty of beer to the party.
Following the conclusion of day one of the conference, all the taps will be taken over by the Wheaty Brewing Corps and will include an additional three new beers: Indy, a Session India Saison and official festival beer; the all-Weyermann Rot Bock collaboration with Cryer Malt; and Little Britain, a Session East Coast IPA made in collaboration with South Australian Brewing Club’s Kieren Vercoe.
The new beers start hitting taps from 8pm on day one of the conference.
