With more than ten years in the game and many forward-thinking experiments having been undertaken, Bridge Road Brewers is ready to unveil its latest trick: a new range of 100 percent Brettanomyces foeder-fermented beers under the name Mayday Hills.
The honour of the Melbourne launch of the first beer – a Brettanomyces pale ale – is going to Carwyn Cellars which is stepping up to the occasion with a full Bridge Road tap takeover. Founder Ben Kraus will be coming along to talk about the new project between 12:30pm-1:30pm and there’ll be an accompanying free tasting. Then you can wander over to the bar and get stuck into this lot…
