Having held a handful of successful Cask Ale Days in recent times, the Flat Rock Brew Cafe is doing it again. And, as one of the few brewers to regularly produce and pour British style cask ale locally, why wouldn't they?
This time around they've wrangled in a few friends – friends like Staves, Nomad and New England – who have prepared casks specially for the event. There's likely to be at least six beers being tapped atop the bar and served straight from the cask and the kitchen will be coming to the party with a specially designed menu too.
The mallets will be wielded at midday so be in early with your glass at the ready.
