If you're a homebrewer – or even just a keen member of the Melbourne beer scene – you'll probably know about the Merri Mashers. It's one of the livelier homebrew clubs around and, last year, spawned the Old Wives Ales gypsy brewing operation.
And now it's spawning a second, as Co-Conspirators looks to enter the fray.
It's the brainchild of two couples – Jacqui Sacco, Tim Martin, Maggie and Deon Smit – who met at the club.
December will see them launch their first beer, The Henchman IPA.
We'll be running a story on Co-Conspirators before the launch, but if you want to pop the date in your diary, you'll find the foursome – and their IPA – at The Alehouse Project from 2pm on December 10.
