After surviving Pint of Origin as the official Tasmania venue, the Empire Hotel is rounding the bend and coming into the home straight for its 2016 beer events, with the penultimate Beer Club for the year locked in for November.
This month will feature the birthday brewer, Wolf of the Willows, which is turning the ripe old age of two. They'll be paired up alongside another youngster (albeit one with old roots in the industry) in Fixation. And they'll in turn be joined, for something a little different, by Queensland's Granite Belt Cider.
Even though the beers are different, you can expect the normal deal: two paddles – one for each brewer – nibbles, and giveaways all for $25.
