For something a little different, the latest seasonal from Newstead Brewing won't be getting launched at their Brisbane home. Instead, it will get its first tapping in Victoria, at BrewCult's new Brunswick beer bar.
The beer in question is The Mod World, billed as a 'New Order IPA' in which you can 'Taste The Totalitarianism'. It's certainly a beer built for the times...
As well as the new beer, the rest of the guest taps will be given over to Newstead too, the Kaiser Sauer Kettle Sour and 21 Feet 7 Inches Porter being the beneficiaries.
The Newstead crew will be shouting beers and there'll be food specials running all night too. Get in from about 6pm.
