The mates behind Your Mates have been working towards this moment for some time. They've been developing beers at a number of breweries across South East Queensland (while running their Basement bar in Nambour) and now are ready to make a big noise about what will be their flagship beer.
That beer is Larry, a pale ale with a fondness for wearing old double pluggers who they say is an "all-round happy fella who greets everyone with a smile and a 'G'day, mate!'."
If you'd like to discover what that means in beer form, the launch takes place in two parts, the first across a bunch of venues on the Sunshine Coast on December 10, the second at venues in Brisbane the following Friday.
