Amidst the refinement of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, Kaiju! will be looking to shake things up by releasing a barrage of hop and smoke bombs when the Dandenong brewer teams up with Uncle's Smallgoods for an evening pairing hoppy beers and an array of smoked artisan meats.
It'll start with a guided tour of the brewery before the Head Brewer and Smoke Master move the tour to your mouth where you'll try the beers paired with various slices of heaven and learn about the process that goes into creating them. Then, to finish up, you'll try an exclusive collaboration that's been designed to marry the arts and flavours of the respective producers and walk away with a bag full of treats to take home.
The event is happening as part of MFWF 2017 and tickets can be booked through the website. It takes place on April 6, starting at 6:30pm.
