Nice Guys Brewery Vanilla Porter

Nice Guys’ Vanilla Porter has been a frequent fixture at their Richmond taproom, and it’s not hard to see why.

Many brewers will tell you that the best beers are balanced and they've certainly achieved that here, striking a finesse between sweetness and more roasted notes. On the latter front, there are hints of toast and rye bread that join dark chocolate and a slight spice. But you can’t have yin without yang, and here the counterweight comes in like sweet chocolate cake with vanilla icing.
