Broulee Brewhouse Pilsner

Broulee Brewhouse's Pilsner is very much a new world interpretation of the classic European lager style; just as well as you don't see many scuba-diving birds in Pilsn or Bavaria...

The brewers opted for Citra and Motueka hops to layer limey citrus aromas and flavours atop the clean malt base. The end result is a pilsner as straight as a rule – so straight, in fact, you could draw a margin with it.
