Beer Stomping Ground Grandstand Aussie Ale

In the world of contemporary pale ales, you find most falling into one of two distinct camps. There's the typically bolder American inspired ones (like Stomping Ground's Gipps St Pale Ale) and then those of an Australian bent; usually lighter in colour and body and leaning towards more tropical hop characters, as opposed to citrus or pine.

The Grandstand is Stomping Grounds entry into the latter category, a beer that pours a slightly cloudy yellow and emits prominent tropical fruit aromas. They come courtesy of locally grown Ella hops, which add a fair amount of resinous bitterness to proceedings too.
