There seems to have been something of a theme with the rash of new beers out of Beerland's twin Perth brewpubs this spring. While all four have their own personality, the terms "pale" and "refreshing" apply across the quartet.
In the case of Destination XPA, you've got a beer bursting with bright citrus and stonefruit as the Citra and Mosaic hops sing their little green hearts out. The XPA has become an increasingly popular beer, often a gateway for people into the world of hoppier beers, and this ticks the right boxes, with that fruitiness accompanied by a crisp bitterness, prickly carbonation and a dry finish. Destination: refreshed!
