They’ve brewed countless hazies, many West Coasts and picked up an AIBA trophy for their Journey Home Black IPA. Clearly, Phillip Island’s Ocean Reach have a lot of love when it comes to brewing with hops and their One Vision sees them channel Mosaic, Talus and Centennial hops and Queen into one hazy double IPA.
Even though it’s called One Vision, you won’t find a singular note here, with the beer instead moving between mango, orange, grapefruit, pineapple, coconut and underlying pine and spice. At 8.0 percent ABV, there’s a touch of boozy warmth and the slightest bitterness lying beneath but given how quickly it disappears into the beer's lush body, you may quite quickly find yourself cracking a Second Vision.
