For 2023, Ocean Reach have teamed up with Aidan Howes to create their Artist Series, which blends brewing creativity with artistic flair. While the series will return, these two tall tins are the final releases two showcasing Aidan's artwork with his Vapourwave artwork (which the beer world first glimpsed in May) being matched to two of Ocean Reach's all time favourite styles.
In the hazy IPA corner sits Dreamwave Temple, a mystical scene that's been created with Azacca and Citra. Float into the beer's smooth and lush palate and you'll find zesty orange and a sweet array of tropical flavours with a touch of pear.
No less dreamy but far more bitter is Virtual Oasis, a West Coast IPA that's filled with old school hoppy delights. Largely, they're in the shape of grapefruit, a perfumey side and orange rind, while a hint of pinneapple and curry leaves poke their head out like a hand reaching out of a flipphone to grab onto a computer monitor from a century that's gone by.
