Anyone who's ever enjoyed a quality ale at a good British pub will be transported back there by Holgate's ESB, a fine recreation of a traditional English ESB.
Deservedly shortlisted for Best Victorian Beer at the 2010 Australian International Beer Awards, it's a malt-driven beer rich with layers of caramel, toffee and biscuit, backed up by a firm hop bitterness derived from a generous addition of English Fuggles and Golding hops. A longstanding member of the Holgate lineup since the early days and a Crafty Pint favourite.
