It does so with the trilogy of Mosaic, Strata and Simcoe hops which provide a superb serving of orange, grapefruit rind, pine and just a touch of tropical pineapple. With a substantial bitterness, it’s a beer for anybody with a sense of adventure and fortunately, means you can have that adventure while staying close to home.
