Hoppy and hazy beers have helped Fox Friday build their name and, while they like going big with such beers, they know how to dial them in too. Their core range hazy pale is that kind of drink: a 4.5 percent ABV number light enough to see a can disappear easily enough, while still packing plenty of flavour.
In particular, that flavour is led by the combination of American Citra hops and Rakau out of New Zealand, which come together for a mix of apricot, pear, nectarine, lychee and grapefruit, plus a fair bit of grassiness as if the hops have been pulled straight from the bines and into the very, very pale and milky beer. There's a fluffiness to the texture but also a rind-like, grippy bitterness at play too making this a hazy with bite.
