With the new-look West Coast IPA that debuted in winter 2024, Fox Friday have again leant into the classics when it comes to hops: Columbus, Chinook, Simcoe and Centennial are set to work atop a let-me-at-it lineup of malts including Maris Otter, Munich, Vienna and local offering Dexter and a clean US-05 yeast baseline.
The appearance is suitably "Keep Beer Clear" friendly, copper in colour and with plenty of bitterness swirling through the viscous caramel-laced body. Dark citrus, grapefruit rind, pine take centre stage, as with the American classics in a beer that brings plenty for traditional IPA fans to get stuck into.
