For a beer with such an aggressive name – Seawolf is a class of nuclear-powered fast attack submarines that cost the US military three billion dollars a pop – this beer is all friendly and fluffy.
Seawolf Hazy Pale isn’t designed to be a juice bomb (or juice torpedo, if we stay on the Seawolf theme). It glides across the tongue like a submarine gliding effortlessly through the water, with light citrus and floral notes washing over the palate. True to its style, it’s hazy and it’s pale, with the pale malts bringing just a touch of their flavour to the front before backing off and allowing the Talus, Nelson Sauvin and Citra hops to lead the way. There’s a fluffy feel to each sip, leaving all the flavours soft and subtle.
